Brexit Update: Does Brexit affect EU/EEA orders?
No, Brexit does not affect any orders to EU countries, nor will you have to cover any additional VAT charges or customs.

SHIPPING TO SPAIN:
Orders to Spain will resume as of the 28th of March 2021.

North America/Worldwide: Up to 10 working days
Special Delivery cost:
Special Delivery Duration
UK / Europe: 1-2 working days
Worldwide: 2-4 working days
Delivery fees must be paid separately if multiple items are purchased using discount codes.
You have 10 days to notify in writing and 15 days to make sure the product gets returned to us. The safest way is to return it by recorded delivery keeping a copy of your proof of postage. We may request to see a copy of the proof of postage.
In order to return your products please first send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org);
If you purchased Symbiosis Skincare products in store, please contact that store directly to enquire about their return policy.
Once we have received your product back, we will endeavour to complete the refund in 20 working days.
Coming Soon/ Out of Stock/Backdated Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, it will be noted on your packing slip. We aim to ship coming soon items on the suggested date, however on some occasions this may be before or after this date. The cancellation period for these items starts from the moment of the initial order. Products on back-order will be delivered as soon as they are available. In all circumstances, you will be charged the original price for the item and it will be delivered to you as soon as available.
