- Applying your skincare the right way -</br>

1. Start with a coin-sized amount of cream in your palm and evenly distribute on targeted parts of your body.</br>

2. Apply the cream-gel using overlapping circular motions to activate circulation and help the product penetrate deeper into the skin.</br>

3. Apply from the bottom up using upward motions in the direction of the venous blood flow: from the knees to the thighs, the elbows to the shoulders, the buttocks to the waist.</br>

Always carry out a 24 hour patch test before the first use.</br>
